Great location in a quiet area on the outskirts of Poznań on Żelazna Street. Express self-check-in and check-out. Near the water park, lake and pond. Nearby outdoor gym and dog run. Pets are allowed. 3rd floor. Elevator. For 6 people. Three bedrooms. Desk for remote work. Two parking spaces in the garage. Children's highchair. Cot. Set of cosmetics, towels, bed linen. VAT invoice (on request).  
  
The Space:  
This spacious apartment is designed for six people and has three bedrooms, making it the perfect place for parents with children and friends traveling together. The space is also friendly for business travelers. The living room has a corner sofa and a table where you can enjoy your morning coffee, as well as a dining table with chairs ideal for serving and eating meals. There is also a television with access to terrestrial channels. From the room, guests can step out onto a furnished balcony - an outdoor table and two chairs have been placed for relaxation during a break from planned activities. The first bedroom features a large double bed, as well as a roomy closet for storing belongings brought in. The second bedroom, on the other hand, is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a desk for comfortable remote work. In the third bedroom stands a double sofa bed, a closet and a table with an upholstered chair. Parents traveling with their little ones can find a crib and a highchair in the apartment. Meals can be conveniently prepared in the kitchenette, where appliances such as a microwave, oven and a pour-over coffee machine are available. In the bathroom, a welcome toiletries kit, towels, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a shower await visitors. The decor is dominated by subtle and elegant hues, and the arrangement looks tasteful and modern. The living room uses gray hues, while the bedrooms with beds use a composition of white and light pink. Guests can come here with their pets.

This building is located in a quiet and green area in the suburbs, making it a great place for those looking for tranquility and an intimate atmosphere. The property is located close to water bodies and the zoo - in just 10 minutes you can reach the pond on foot, and it takes 7 minutes to reach the lake by car. In just over a quadrant you can reach the dog run. Lovers of physical activity and outdoor workouts have an outdoor gym at their disposal, which is located an eight-minute walk from the property. The nearest grocery store is a nine-minute walk away, while it takes 10 minutes to walk to an area restaurant. There are numerous public transportation stops nearby, making the place well connected to the rest of the city. It takes 6 minutes to get to the shopping center, while the route to the city's market with its beautiful architecture takes 13 minutes, and to the airport takes about half an hour. Fans of active recreation can stroll through the surrounding parks. Motorized guests have at their disposal two parking spaces located in the underground garage hall.
