DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING AND SURROUNDINGS:  
  
This modern and stylish apartment is located on Wilczak Street in Poznań. It is a peaceful and quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. At the same time, access to the center is very easy and convenient due to the well-developed public transportation network. Bus stops are just around the corner, and it takes about 10 minutes by bus or car to reach the Old Market Square. The city offers various attractions such as museums, walking tours, music clubs, and much more! The immediate area has fully developed infrastructure to meet all daily needs. There are many charming restaurants and grocery stores nearby, so everything is within reach! Additionally, there are three parks nearby, with the largest being Citadel Park. It offers beautiful landscapes and historic sites, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploration. It is also an ideal place for a morning jog or an evening stroll in nature. Furthermore, the apartment is very close to the Warta River - a city beach is even within walking distance (900 m). The location of the apartment is ideal, whether you need a peaceful retreat, tourist attractions, access to shops and restaurants, or simply a beautiful place to live!

This spacious one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends. It consists of a living room combined with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The interior has been decorated in a modern style, with attention to detail and a thoughtful colour scheme. Wooden elements add to the cosiness of the whole room. On the balcony with garden furniture you can relax and enjoy a freshly brewed coffee from the coffee machine located in the kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary appliances for self-cooking, such as an induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. Guests have access to a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and all necessary bathroom facilities such as a washing machine and a hairdryer. This apartment is the perfect choice for those who appreciate comfort, functionality and aesthetics.
