The square is surrounded by charming 19th-century townhouses, creating an unmistakable atmosphere. The main attraction of Jeżyce Market Square is its bustling daily market, where visitors can find fresh fruits, vegetables, regional products, flowers, and handicrafts. It is an excellent spot for shopping and tasting local specialties. In addition to the market, the square offers many charming cafés, restaurants, and pubs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying regional dishes or coffee.  
  
Nearby, guests can also find the Old Zoo with its Rope Park. The Poznań Zoological Garden is home to a variety of animal species from around the world. From exotic birds to mammals and reptiles, it is a fascinating place to discover. The zoo also emphasizes education by organizing events, lectures, and workshops related to nature conservation. It is a must-see attraction for everyone visiting Poznań, admired for both its historical significance and unique charm. Around the castle, there are picturesque gardens ideal for walks and relaxation. On-site, there is a restaurant offering local specialties, as well as a souvenir shop with regional products. The castle is surrounded by green areas such as Stanisław Moniuszko Park, Henryk Wieniawski Park, and Mickiewicz Park, where visitors can rest, stay active, and enjoy nature while remaining in the heart of the city.  
  
Just 2.5 kilometers from the apartment lies the Old Town Square. In addition to the Town Hall and Apollo Fountain, the most famous landmarks, the square also features many other historic buildings, such as the House Under the Globe, the House Under the Black Star, and other historical townhouses. The apartment has excellent transport connections thanks to numerous nearby bus and tram stops (Jeżyce Market, Polna, Żeromskiego, Bukowska, Kraszewskiego) and the Poznań Główny railway station. This allows guests to easily reach all attractions the city has to offer.  
  
STUDIO NA JEŻYCACH - MODENA31 POZNAŃ is a stylishly furnished apartment that includes a living room with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony where guests can relax and enjoy their morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
