Osiedle Piastowskie Comfort Apartment is a perfectly located apartment in the heart of Poznań, situated at Osiedle Piastowskie 86. Its proximity to Rondo Rataje makes it an ideal choice for those wishing to explore the city, enjoy local attractions, and have access to green recreational areas.  
  
One of the apartment's greatest advantages is its closeness to the Warta River, which is just 300 meters away. Along the river, there are picturesque boulevards perfect for walking, jogging, or cycling. It’s also a great spot to relax on the grass, organize a picnic, or simply enjoy the view of nature in the city center. During summer, outdoor events, concerts, and social gatherings are often held by the river.  
  
A 15-minute walk from the apartment takes you to Posnania Shopping Center, one of the largest and most modern malls in Poland. It offers a wide range of shops and restaurants, as well as a cinema, entertainment zones, and places to meet and relax. Posnania is a destination where you can easily spend an entire day enjoying various attractions.  
  
The Old Market Square in Poznań is just a 20-minute tram ride away. The square is the heart of Poznań, full of historical charm and a unique atmosphere. Here, you can visit the Town Hall with its famous goats, explore Poznań’s museums, and sample local delicacies at one of the many restaurants and cafes. In the evening, the square becomes the hub of social life, with numerous pubs and clubs.  
  
The apartment is well-connected to the rest of the city. Within a few minutes' walk from the building, there are bus and tram stops providing quick access to any part of Poznań.  
  
The Poznań Main Railway Station is approximately a 25-minute ride by public transport, making the apartment convenient for travelers arriving in Poznań by train.  
  
Osiedle Piastowskie Comfort Apartment features a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It offers a range of high-quality amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, and kitchen accessories. Guests can use public parking, though parking spaces are not guaranteed.
