« L'appartement est parfaitement situé au cœur même de la vieille-ville malheureusement actuellement complètement en travaux, avec des lieux de visite inaccessibles. Au premier étage, il donne sur une cour intérieure silencieuse. Dans l'ensemble il est agréable, même si quelques ingrédients de base supplémentaires auraient été bienvenus, ainsi que des torchons à vaisselle (avec lesquels on ne voyage pas habituellement). Bonne communication avec le responsable. Des remises proposées dans plusieurs...

Drinks (coffee, juice, water, etc.) are served at the table or available for self-service. Omelettes and pancakes can be ordered at the counter and are freshly served at the table. The location is very good: close to the central station and right on the edge of the downtown area. The swimming pool and gym are also nice. There are separate male and female...

« Ma chambre était assez petite mais tout le reste était absolument parfait. Le personnel est plein de petites attentions, votre séjour est personnalisé, on se sent vraiment comme à la maison ! Cet hôtel est situé à 5 minutes à pied de la vieille ville et à proximité immédiate des restaurants et transports en commun. Chaque chambre a sa propre décoration ça change des grandes chaînes hôtelières comme Accor. Dans cet hôtel les petits détails sont partout et la décoration est faite avec goût ! »

"Chambre impeccable, très spacieuse et avec tout le confort nécessaire. Localisation parfaite à quelques pas de la place du Rynek. Présence de travaux à côté de l’immeuble mais tout semble fait par l’hôtel pour éviter les nuisances (et ça marche !). Rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel, j’y reviendrai sans hésiter."

"Une seule personne était occupée pour la gestion. De ce fait, aucune surveillance des clients dont certains remettaient au buffet des aliments qu'ils avaient déjà emportés. Il s'agissait d'un couple étranger à la Pologne, avec deux grands enfants dont la demoiselle est venue en bas culotte.....Si le restaurant dispose d'une caméra, jeudi de la Noël vers 09h30', vous pourrez vérifier la véracité de mes dires. "Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the reception and during breakfast. Fantastic breakfast with a great choice and excellent quality. Drinks (coffee, juice, water, etc.) are served at the table or available for self-service. Omelettes and pancakes can be ordered at the counter and are freshly served at the table. The location is very good: close to the central station and right on the edge of the downtown area. The swimming pool and gym are also nice. There are separate male and female saunas (the male sauna was unfortunately out of order during our stay). Room for improvement: The room cleaning schedule extends quite late (until around 5 pm). During our 3-night stay, the room was never cleaned because when we returned in the afternoon to rest, it still hadn’t been serviced."
