Ideally located in a small village in the heart of the Landes countryside, this house guarantees you peace and quiet during your family vacation or a wellness treatment. With the thermal spa of Préchacq les Bains 8km away, the location is perfect for combining relaxation and care. For spa guests, a preferential rate is offered all year round. You can also discover the surrounding hillsides, the culinary and gourmet riches of the South West, strong local traditions and many small villages and country houses in the area. Not to mention that the ocean, the mountains, the Basque Country and Spain are easily accessible. Here, you will also appreciate the private exterior, the functional layout of the house, the brightness of the rooms, the colorful and cheerful decoration. A pleasant getaway to discover all year round for a family stay, a business trip or a spa treatment. This detached house has a lovely garden with a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, plancha and electric grill. Entirely on one level, it is composed of: - a living room with dining area, lounge area (TV), kitchen area: 5-burner gas stove, electric oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave - a storeroom with fridge and freezer compartment, washing machine - 2 bedrooms: 2 140 beds - a bathroom with Italian shower - a separate toilet.
