We tried three rooms all the rooms very dirty. The sheets were not clean, hair, dirt, dried blood, beds not nicely made. The doors were not locked when we went to enter.
The lady at the desk kept giving me new rooms to try but didn’t come look. Finally we just pulled the sheets off and got clean ones and made our own bed. We wanted to queen beds ended up in one queen said we could use the hideaway bed. Was too scared to pull it out.
The bed was so warped. We asked for $ back lady at the desk said can’t cause we booked through Expedia. I called Expedia nothing is resolved. I’m very disappointed. It was late when we got in and I had already paid so didn’t want to find another hotel. They even said well it’s hit and miss with the cleaners. The reviews didn’t look bad. Well it was awful! And no customer service I just want $ back. I have never stayed at a hotel that bad before. I sent a review that night and no one responds.
