Updated Rooms and Better Than Ever!
Recently I stayed for several days at the Hotel Fenix. It is conveniently located downtown and close to shopping and restaurants. It had been a while since I had stayed there and I was pleasantly surprised at the improvements since my last stay. The furniture had been updated, the mattress was comfortable, the internet worked without any glitches, and the breakfast was delicious. The service at the front desk was also terrific. I would definitely stay again.

Com deficiencias mas potencial de melhorias
Regular, fronhas de travesseiros amareladas e toalhas com pontos de sujeiras residuais remetendo a uma deficiencia no processo de lavagem dos texteis. Resposta lenta e enganosa a acionamento por dificuldades com ar conficionado primeiro dizendo que já havia visitado o apartamento, o que não ocorreu, e, depois de muita insistencia, alguem da recepção atendeu e resolveu o problema, para somente após isto, aparecer o manutencista. Café da manha com sucos (todas as opões disponiveis) bastantes aguados. O numero de itens do café da manhã é bastante razoável, o atendimento bom, mas a a reposição tem prazos muito longos deixando lacunas de disponibilidade de itens comuns de alto consumo. O lençoi era de tamanho reduzido e não possibilitava a arrumação com fixação destes ao colchão. Controle remoto da TV onde as pilhas perderam o fecho do compartimento fazendo-as escaparem com facilidade. Controle remoto que não possibilitavam a mudança sequencial de canais permitindo mudança apenas por digitação do numeral do canal. Canais permanentemente mudos mesmo com o aumento do volume. As louças do café da manhã possui um grande número de itens de pratos, canecas e xicaras com pequenos lascados e que geram um certo desconforto e a concorrrencia por itens sem defeitos. Hotel com precificação media fortemente apoiada na localização não condiz com o encontrado. A maioria dos desvios encontrados nos itens e serviços são solucionáveis com pequenos ajustes e um investimento minimo.

TEM DE TUDO PARA MELHORAR
Localização ótima, hotel precisa passar por uma reforma, pois o mesmo é muito antigo e precisa atualizar. Limpeza não é muito boa, principalmente do banheiro. Acabamento das paredes escuras, sendo pior ainda. No café os sucos estavam completamente aguados e os frios fatiados de uma forma estranha. Por se tratar de um custo mais alto, acho que deixa a desejar.

Cafe da manha muito bom ! Quanto ao quarto, não gostei do colchão, de molas, muito macio. O banheiro estava com a luminaria queimada e o vaso sanitario com manchas escuras internamente com aparencia de sujo.
