The friendly owner lives on-site, ensuring a warm welcome and assistance if needed throughout your stay.  
  
The lodge features an open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area that extends onto a private balcony, directly overlooking the tranquil pond. With three comfortable bedrooms, including a master with an en-suite, and a family bathroom, it provides a relaxing waterside escape. On-site laundry facilities (chargeable) with washers and dryers add to the convenience, making it an ideal choice for both short breaks and longer stays.  
  
Just 15 minutes from Blackpool, guests can enjoy iconic attractions such as Blackpool Tower, the Pleasure Beach, the Sea Life Centre, and Blackpool Zoo. For a more laid-back seaside experience, Cleveleys is only ten minutes away, while Lytham St Annes, known for its championship golf courses and annual festival, is around a 25-minute drive. Ribby Hall Spa is also close by for those seeking a little luxury and pampering.  
  
Ideal for walking and cycling, the area offers plenty of scenic trails through Singleton and beyond. Within an hour’s drive, guests can also explore the breathtaking landscapes of the Trough of Bowland, the Lake District, and the Yorkshire Dales.
