The Evergreen View Lookout is set up to accommodate up to 16 guests and sits on 2.5 beautiful acres overlooking views of the Puget Sound, Seattle, and the iconic Mt. Rainier. This location is just minutes to Downtown Poulsbo, 25 minutes to the Seattle Ferry taking you directly into Downtown Seattle, and quick drive to limitless hiking destinations.

Welcome to The Evergreen View Lookout, your ideal family retreat nestled in the heart of the stunning Puget Sound region. Designed with gathering, relaxing, and exploring in mind, this spacious vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests and sits on 2.5 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with panoramic views of the Puget Sound, the Seattle skyline, and majestic Mt. Rainier.  
Located just minutes from the historic waterfront town of Poulsbo and only 25 minutes from the Seattle ferry, Evergreen View Lookout offers the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to local attractions. Whether you\`re heading out for a day of hiking in the nearby mountains or planning an urban adventure in downtown Seattle, you’ll find yourself ideally positioned for both.  
Inside, the main level of the home offers an inviting, light-filled living room with a cozy gas fireplace and expansive windows that frame the stunning views. A large, fully stocked kitchen—complete with all the cooking essentials and a dedicated coffee bar—makes mealtime a breeze. The main level features four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms and three bathrooms. The primary suite includes a king-size bed, TV, generous closet space, a private en suite bathroom, and access to a covered patio with seating and breathtaking views. A second private suite is located on the opposite end of the home and features a queen bed, a private kitchenette, TV, and its own bathroom—perfect for guests seeking added privacy. Down the hall, you\`ll find another queen bedroom and a spacious bunk room featuring two bunk beds with full-size bottoms and twin tops, plus a fun loft space with an extra twin bed. A dedicated office with three workstations ensures you can stay productive if needed during your stay.  
Downstairs, the home continues to impress with a spacious, Big Foot themed family room outfitted with a large sectional sofa, which folds out into a queen bed, and a projector screen for movie nights using any of your streaming subscriptions. A full bathroom, another fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy queen bedroom offer added flexibility for larger groups. The lower level also features a lively game room, complete with a ping pong table, foosball, and a variety of other games to keep guests of all ages entertained.  
Outside, you\`ll find a serene and scenic setting that’s perfect for making memories. Gather around the large patio dining table for meals with a view, enjoy the warmth of the propane firepit, or fire up the BBQ for a classic Pacific Northwest cookout. The expansive yard includes a sport court for basketball, space for lawn games like cornhole and croquet, and plenty of room to explore and play.  
Whether you’re hosting a reunion, celebrating a special occasion, or simply escaping to recharge with loved ones, The Evergreen View Lookout is more than a place to stay—it’s a place to connect, unwind, and create lasting memories. Come for the location, but stay for this magical property.
