Private: property 800 m2, garden (not fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, single garage. Shop 1.8 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Plage Stang Ar Liou" 3.5 km. Surf school 4 km. Nearby attractions: Audierne 21 km, Pont l'Abbé 15 km, Pont-Croix 18 km, Pointe du Raz 35 km, Quimper 27 km, Douarnenez 19 km. Hiking paths: GR34, Baie d'Audierne, Cap Sizun.  
"Ty Naïg", 3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the garden. Shower, sep. WC. Gas heating. Upper floor: with sloping ceilings, 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open lounge with sloping ceilings. Terrace 10 m2, west facing position and north facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
