We needed a room for four, and we paid for a king suit, which had a king sized bed and a sofa bed for our kids to share. The room didn’t have any bedding on the pullout, and it only had two towels. When we called to ask for pillows and bedding for the pullout, first they couldn’t find pillows, and the blanket was so thin that my kids were freezing. Since getting the bedding at all was such a pain (attendant said they could t find pillows, but why not get them from one of the unbooked rooms? There were plenty), we only called down a few times. Never got the towels, kids had to sleep in their clothes. It seemed the attendant was young and handling things on her own, but not being able to get us enough bedding made for a crappy night. If you’re going to charge for a larger room, make sure it’s equipped so that everyone can be comfortable.

The staff was great and the rooms were clean & spacious. No fault of the hotel but the pool and jacuzzi was inindated with 15 kids each night.....no relaxing after a hard days work there but plenty of dinning options close by

To be honest the bartender went above and beyond to help us out during out late check in. The front desk hostess was no where to be found. I waiting for the better part of 10-15min at the front desk before I went to the bar area for assistance. The bartender went out of her way to help us. Another 5 min passed until the front desk assiatant showed. The front desk attendant disnt explain anything to us as she finished our check in. Never told us when check out was or what time breakfast was served. She just handed us our keys didnt even direct us to where the elevator was. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied. However your bartender amazingly kind and helpful!

Check in was smooth and they hit you with $50 deposit. We find our room a cold 63 degrees when it is 25 degrees outside. NO clean blankets!!!! Sofabed with blood stain. This is a hyatt???

The property is very near a major shopping center but unfortunately I’ll experience there was not rememberable. The first room that we received was unfortunately not kept and the second room, the bathroom shower smelt of urine. We will not stay there again.
