The interior was immaculate and well-appointed, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The proximity allowed us to enjoy the lake at our own pace. We were looking for a getaway not too far from DFW with friends and this place checked all the boxes! There were 4 adults (2 couples). The house is well appointed with lots of room to spread out. While not directly on the water, it was a close easy walk - and we did get in the lake (very refreshing). Our host, Lori, was very attentive and quick to respond to any communications. Usually I plan for in advance which means I have way too much time to over pack. This time I literally packed the morning we left and I was so worried I wouldn’t have everything I needed. I was wrong, the house had it all. The property is new and very clean. It has an amazing backyard which is perfect for letting the little ones just run around. You have a view of the lake and just a very very short walk to the lake front. We can’t wait to come back again.
