« Au début nous avons trouvé le quartier pas vraiment rassurant mais en fait nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La chambre était très confortable avec 2 grands lits. Très pratique avec le frigo, le micro ondes... et même si la douche est à l'extérieur de la chambre ce n'est pas dérangeant et elle était propre. « I was rather surprised with the global quality standard of the hotel for a 4 star hotel. We get used to go to 4 & 5 stars hotels and quality of the food on the breakfast was quite low. « The location sits beside the river Ouse. Beautiful location. Restaurants, shops, mall, all nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was immaculate and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything. The restaurant was fabulous, outside seating and reasonably priced. I made this home for two weeks while I visited from Seattle. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely return here when I come back again. Highly recommended! »
