Arrived to discover it was not operational. Very little water pressure for showers. Toilet falling off the base. Old coffee left in coffee maker. Curtain rods breaking off wall. We were only there in the evenings, close enough to Owls head which was a bonus. Unable to use the hot tub which was a huge disappointment since that is always one of our “must haves” when we chose a location. There was only a little propane left and we had planned on a couple bbq dinners. Outdoor fireplace was nice but we ran out of wood.Price was reasonable all things considered. ##### Jeff B.
