Not much time was spent on site as the event we were attending was nearby and we spent most of out time there. The cabin was clean and well furnished. There was no closet in one of the bedrooms which could be difficult in some situations. If was a pleasant stay. But didn't get 5 stars due to the large number of lady bugs in the house, and no vacuum to sweep them up. It appears the outside is deteriorating more and more as time passes. There are pieces of equipment everywhere, weeds knee high no matter where you look. It's sad. We sign a waiver when we arrive. This is so we don't sue if we hurt ourselves. I understand that. However, it is the property owner's responsibility to fill the holes in the yard, so people don't twist an ankle. The floor was filthy when we arrived. We would have vacuumed but the property didn't have a vacuum. I wiped the counters per our instructions before we left. The rag was dirty. The kind of dirt that tells you the counters haven't been touched in a few weeks. The pictures on VRBO are very deceiving. The house has not looked like that in many years. ##### Karen M. We were not prepared for this but that was OK with us. Cabin we stayed in was right by the horse stables so it was nice to watch them as we enjoyed morning coffee and a drink at night. I do have to give a shout out to all the staff as they had received 8 inches of rain 4 days before we arrived.
