The Establishment did not meet even the lowest of expectations especially for a single female Traveler. I felt very uncomfortable and ended up not staying. There was lots of deferred maintenance and I just did not feel comfortable staying. Before booking this hotel I would check in and see if they have cleaned things up.

The front staff’s communication lacks coordination. I had asked the receptionist to address some issues, but I didn’t receive a response until I reached out again. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, but I wish the staff were more attentive.

The location of this hotel was great! Just a short walk down the street to Carmel Beach. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, and we had our bed turned down and cookies left for us each afternoon. I highly recommend this hotel.
