 \*\*Sebastien Garden\*\* is a charming retreat perfectly situated on the upper part of Via Sebastiano, near Via Marconi, in the heart of Positano. This delightful escape is ideal for a couple or close friends seeking an intimate getaway. Located on the ground floor of a classic domed building, the apartment features a cozy double bed on a lofted mezzanine, providing a snug and inviting sleeping space.  
  
The living area is thoughtfully designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable sofa, SAT-TV, and a dining table. The corner kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals with fresh, local ingredients, conveniently available just steps away at the Palatone deli shop. For added convenience, a coffee machine, microwave, and dishwasher are provided. The bathroom, located on the ground floor and accessible from the living room, includes a shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, and a clothes washer.  
  
Step outside to your own private 30-square-meter garden, where you can relax on sunbeds or dine al fresco at the outdoor table while taking in stunning views of Positano’s picturesque townscape and a partial glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea. The garden area also features a small bathroom and basin, along with an outdoor shower equipped with a large shower head, perfect for a refreshing moment on warm, sunny days.  
  
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, offers winter heating, and includes Wi-Fi access to keep you connected. Given its prime location in the upper central part of the village, parking can be challenging during peak season. We recommend exploring the area on foot to fully enjoy the convenience of nearby local restaurants, bars, food stores, and shops—all within easy walking distance. The beach is less than a 10-minute stroll away, and the Liparlati bus stop, one of Positano’s main transit points, is just seconds from your door. This makes it easy to explore the coast economically and efficiently, without the need for costly taxis.

Lovely property in Positano. Set high in the town so the walk down to the beach was a little long with lots of steps, but that is only to be expected in Positano. Good grocery next door for all of the essentials. Best bit of the property was the terraced garden - great views over Positano, private and sunny with your own lemon tree. Would definitely recommend it.

Pros- great location to public transport and main streets/shops; beautiful terrace/patio area; affordable in an otherwise expensive area; next to a well stocked grocery shop; has all the basic amenities required; host speaks English well (will talk your ear off at check-in!) Cons- could definitely be cleaner and tidier on arrival; the shower SUCKS (so small you have to open doors to shave and limited hot water supply for multiple people); no ocean view; the bed is semi hard and the pull out abysmal; it’s pretty loud w/ road traffic and folks above you in apartment and grocery store starting relatively early in the morning; early check out isn’t the most convenient; be ready to enjoy walking sooooo many stairs (it’s at the very top of a never ending staircase away from main shop road

We stayed here in July and had the best time. Be prepared to walk some steps! But overall we loved this little spot. The adjacent market has everything you need and the patio is to die for! You won’t regret your stay.

#### Beautiful Garden with View.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The main thing we liked was the beautiful garden overlooking the town of Positano. We spent a lot of our stay sitting on the patio in the evening enjoying a glass of wine and having charcuterie that we purchased at the adorable little grocery market that is literally right next door. The little market was our second favorite part of staying at this property. The host was friendly and helpful and Margherita was an incredibly amazing person to have been able to meet. She added to the overall wonderful time we spent in Positano. My advice for Positano us pack light, bring good walking shoes and be prepared to walk up and down lots of steps and I mean lots of steps.

Margherita was so kind. Her son carried in our luggage, she showed us all around the apartment and the beautiful garden. I would highly recommend staying here - great for 2 people. Close to the beach and amazing views.
