Beautiful stone villa Tea, nestled in Posedarje, Zadar county, only 900 meters from the sea, provides an authentic Dalmatian experience. Surrounded by olive trees and flowers, this property creates a perfect green oasis for a peaceful family vacation.

Adorned with charming shutters and embraced by beautiful stonework, Villa Tea exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lovingly landscaped garden, complete with rustic furnishings, invites you to relax and unwind, creating a sense of home away from home.

Comprising three quaint stone houses, Villa Tea beckons you to explore its unique charm. Two of these houses mirror each other, offering 3 cozy bedrooms in total with double beds with additional sofa bed for 2 guests, 2 bathrooms with shower, and small kitchens with dining areas. In the third house, known as the 'konoba', gather for convivial moments in a space adorned with a dining area for eight, a well-appointed kitchen, and a cozy sofa by the crackling fireplace. Venture onto the terrace to revel in views of the lush garden and refreshing pool, where you can soak up the Dalmatian sun on sun loungers.

The fully fenced and private courtyard offers a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, ping pong table, four bikes, sundecks, and an outside BBQ station, ensuring a memorable stay for our guests.

The villa offers 2 parking spaces.

One pet is welcome free of charge, and 2 only upon request and if it is of a small breed.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes sauberes Ferienhaus mit toll angelegtem Garten. Super liebe Vermieter. Einziges Manko, das Haus ist nicht für 8 Personen ausgestattet. Zwei Betten sind deutlich zu klein/eng für je 2 Personen. Ansonsten super schöne Unterkunft. Würde ich wieder buchen.
