Located in a central, quiet, and sunny position within the resort, just 300 meters from the edge of the forest and the countryside. The property boasts a central heating system, roofed parking, and communal covered parking. Please note that the parking space or garage is suitable only for small to medium-sized cars, with dimensions of 190 cm height and 210 cm width. Internet Wifi and Parking amenities are available for your convenience.

The property is nestled in a serene environment, surrounded by trees and fields, providing a tranquil atmosphere for your vacation rental. It is conveniently situated 300 meters from the edge of the forest and enjoys a south-west facing position, allowing you to bask in the warmth of the sun.

It is designed to accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. The living/dining room features a 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm long, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV with international channels. Additionally, there is an exit leading to the balcony. The apartment has 1 double bedroom equipped with a bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, with an exit facing the north-west position.

The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, extra Delizio coffee capsules for the machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set (chinoise).
