The house was perfect for my husband and l and it had everything we needed. It’s in a good location and surrounded by good restaurants and shops. "We had a fantastic stay at the Martinhal in Chiado. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 nights and the accommodation was excellent - very clean, spacious, quiet and great that the bunk beds were in the living space as opposed to the main bedroom. The breakfast was good - not as comprehensive as other hotels I've been too - but enough choice to ensure that everyone was well fed before heading out for a day tackling Lisbon's hills. "Lovely refurbished building. Our room was unique; a door off the entry that took you to a small sitting room and stairs up to the bed and bath. Very nice; comfortable bed, good ventilation, great shower and a sitting area balcony overlooking the garden and restaurant. They offer a lovely buffet breakfast and Annabella and staff were very accommodating. And we discovered how incredible the restaurant, Jangal, is. Incredible menu, newly opened. Truly a great experience not to be missed. "

"Very friendly and efficient check in. Bellhop brought up our bags right away . Convenient location but traffic in the area at rush hour is significant. If you want to shop at the designer stores, this is perfect Great continental breakfast. We had a suite which was more spacious than I had thought it would be"
