Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication

On entering this property the smell was unbearable,it was so bad it actually made you gag.we had been traveling for hours so needed the toilet on flushing the loo we realised the system just kept filling so my partner had to fix it .We opened up the patio doors to try and get some fresh air into the property then noticing the back garden,broken pots ,weeds everywhere,broken fencing,a car with a cover on ,in general a mess and not somewhere you would want to sit .On realising very quickly we couldnt bring our belongings into the house as they would soon smell like the house also ,we knew there was no way we could stay in the property with the awful smell. We then spent two hours trying to find alternative accommodation in the area . We tried communicating with the hosts but they stopped replying to us .We were down in Portsmouth to visit my very sick 90 year old Mum and as you can imagine this was very stressful and time spent finding other accommodation plus the fact we had to pay out again for two nights in a Hotel .This was all time i could of had with my Mum.we will never use Air Mason or recommend this property
