Welcome to Odysea: a beautifully furnished, newly refurbished condo mere steps from all the fun of Hampton –Beach, Nightlife, Boardwalk, Eateries, Shops, & more. Odysea is conveniently located on the north end of Hampton Beach – where you can park before hitting the main thoroughfares of Hampton Beach.   
  
As you enter through the front French doors, guests are greeted by a spacious open floor plan, modern kitchen, and living space. The kitchen provides full-sized appliances: dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and more – your home away from home.   
  
In the living room, the couch and side chairs create that cozy gathering space for camaraderie and conversation. Play board games; share memories; or watch your favorite movie on the big screen Smart TV. Step out the French doors to bistro seating on your semi-private deck.

The location is a very convenient walk to the beach. It’s very clean and parking was great. If you are visiting in hot summer weather, turn the fan in the loft area right away to move the cold air up. Once we did that the A/C was more than adequate. There are multiple units at this site. If anyone has a mobility concern, then this might not be the best. Stairs up and down to entrance. Steep stairs up to loft area. Walk to the beach is uneven. For a homebase for a beach getaway, this works very well!

#### As Described & Great Location!

Odysea was clean and exceeded our expectations. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and main strip. It was unique to have the garage space too! The fireworks didn’t occur as scheduled due to nesting birds in the weeks before our stay so we weren’t expecting it during our trip. But to our surprise, the fireworks show did go on as scheduled the Weds of our stay, and we saw it perfectly from the comfort of the front deck!

#### Nice beach cottage

A very well kept and compact little apartment. Well stocked with everything (except they forgot dishwasher soap on this occasion). Two issues: the stairs up to the loft were fine for us, but might be difficult for anyone with walking issues. And the heating system was a bit of a mess. Upstairs roasted, while the downstairs main room was chilly, and the downstairs bedroom became a sauna if you closed the door. But for most people I'm sure this is not a winter time rental!

Sweet beach house/unit with all amenities. Walking distance to beach, cafe and eateries. Perfect get away for my husband and I. We will plan to return.

#### Nicely maintained & great parking for the beach

Very clean and well maintained property. This property has exceptional parking which is unheard of at the beach. We had 2 cars which had garage parking & a guest who visited for the day who were also able to park. This is a rarity at Hampton. Short walk to beach and boardwalk. It is perfect for up to 4 people but be warned , the steps up to the loft are somewhat steep. Be sure to bring your flashlight.

Due to the weather coy could not do much outdoors activities. We did check in on a couple of eateries, hit or miss for our liking. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

#### Compact and lovely

Very clean, very well equipped, and comfortable place to stay. Could use a standalone table (there's seating a kitchen counter). Instruction book to explain HVAC was missing and the light bulbs in the bedrooms I don't think were the right ones for the dimmer switch type. There was some non-stop flashing when you tried to dim the light.

Property is getting run down. We have stayed there before two years ago. Price has become overpriced for what you get. A/C system was poor and for the money the TV options should have been better.

We were close enough to the beach to enjoy it with a short walk, and enjoy the boardwalk. But just far enough where it wasnt rowdy with the night life of thw boardwalk. Was clean and cozy, very friendly and respectful of privacy. Will definitely rent again next year.

Other than having to go out of town to get a hairdryer due to the one at the condo not working and not having salt and pepper, we loved our stay! The property owner was fantastic at communicating with us and resolving issues.

The description was accurate and the place clean. Had inside/outside parking with laundry. Great that it had air conditioning. Short walk to public beach/boardwalk. It was a nice stay and we would come back to the same unit.

#### Convenient location with all the essentials

Quick easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Garage parking for 2 vehicles and keypad entry into the unit - no keys to worry about. Unit has all the essentials you need for your stay. Plenty of hot water for several showers. Owner was responsive to questions. Would stay there again.

#### Clean, cute, and close to the beach!

This condo was perfect for our family of four! It was clean and stocked with the essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. It was a perfect location for us - not right on the boardwalk (2 young kids). It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, so it was easy to come and go. The only small complaint we had is that the loft was warm as the AC didn’t quite reach it. However, there was a fan upstairs that helped. The rest of the condo was nice and cool. We’d definitely stay again!
