Close to beach, bars and shops A friendly ginger cat lives here! 🐈 This little gem is close to everything (beach, shops, pubs, restaurants and historic attractions), yet is situated in a quiet street so after a busy day you can come back to a quiet spot for a good night sleep. This double room with en-suite bathroom is part of my home, however you will have your own access via the side gate, down a path that leads to the doors to your studio room. You’ll have access to the kitchen via the kitchen back door. The second room is let out to a full time lodger. As the homeowner, I occupy the third room. If you have any questions, please ask. She'd installed a brand new smart TV, the internet access was instant, and there was coffee, tea, sugar and milk for the morning in the shared kitchen.
