No dogs allowed on patios or in the courtyard at any time. This is an HOA rule. Each violation incurs a $500 fine, charged to the guest, even if reported after departure. 💰 FEES & PENALTIES 1\. Damage deposit: A pre-authorized hold of $200–$500 (depending on booking platform) will be placed on your card before check-in.
