Property is very well kept. Room was immaculately clean and decorated very thoughtfully as it enhances the pleasure of being there. The room was immaculately clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Superb stay, would highly recommend.

It's a bit of a walk to the beach, or to dining/bars, but the accommodations are well worth it. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Great stay. Only cons were the room was a little dirty in the corners and countertops; tissues and lollipop sticks under the couch. Fans need to be cleaned. The beds were also rock hard; though doable. Great location for Hampton or Jenness beach. Bring salt and pepper ! Overall great weekend! Close to kittery outlets and Portsmouth

Nice little place
Very clean and well kept. Our own private balcony facing the sea (across the street from the sea with parking lot in between. From room 101 also had a view of the end of the beach area--walking distance if you wanted to swim there. Only a 15 minute walk to get down to the heart of town where the music concerts are held. We are senior citizens and the walk was fine going out in late afternoon. Walked along the ocean sidewalk. (Would be a long walk for small children without a stroller or anyone with a walking problem.) At night for sleeping is quiet. Noise of the bars downtown not heard. We had a secure private parking space inside the hotel entrance, so it was not out in the public parking over night. We didn't have to move the car at all and walked into town. The only thing negative about staying here was the long dark walk back around 10pm. We had been approached and harassed by a carload of teenage boys at the end of the main area (who were probably harmless but my husband got into a confrontation with them yelling back at them). This made me nervous they might come back around further down after we were the only people on the street. Also the sidewalk on that side along the hotels was not in good condition (for an elderly man who was struggling to make this walk by that late). There were no people sitting out on porches and it was too isolated. I felt at risk if that car of hoodlums came back. Police presence only in the downtown area. Wish there had been a taxi back.

We really enjoyed this property, situated in a very good location not too far from all the action, but far enough, so that you can sleep at night. The room was very clean and well equipped. The only negative was the pillows, I recommend you bring your own. And their parking lot is very difficult to maneuver if you have a large vehicle, but they were very accommodating in trying to help us with that. Overall a great experience!

I was so pleased with our stay at Atlantic Breeze. The room was totally awesome and we were very comfortable. Liked the parking that was private. Very helpful to have the chairs and wagons for use. I will definitely check this place out for future visits and hopefully a longer stay next time!!!!

Very clean-love hard floors in a beach-side room, nice balcony. Useful, up to date amenities. Friendly, efficient service. Useful wagons and beach chairs available. Best Hampton location we’ve stayed in. Will be back!

Location at top of the curving beach was spectacular. We liked it that we could see the beach and water from the balcony and inside the unit. It was quiet and conveniently arranged. We were disappointed that the ice machine wasn't in operation, although it was explained to us that this was a seasonal issue.

I loved being able to wake up to the ocean and listening to the waves as i fell asleep at night. Traffic noise and limited parking space were the only negatives about my stay. I highly recommend this place!
