Cozy cabin with a stunning view. This was the perfect escape and we loved waking up to the beautiful views everyday. It is close to the Quiraing and Storr hikes, as well as kilt rock lookout. The property was very clean, and the hosts provided us with plenty of cookware to make meals plus an extensive book on local sightseeing, walks, and places to eat! Modern interior, very warm and cosy, and the bathroom/shower was very comfortable (no problems with hot water!). Lively views from the large windows and curtains to cover up the windows at night. It's a great location for getting an early start on the best hikes. It was very comfortable and had a great view of the mountains. Although it's near the owners house, it is positioned to have a nice amount of privacy. Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions we had and very helpful. We enjoyed some of the items in our welcome basket that she prepared as well. The only disadvantage of staying up in Staffin is that food options are limited so you'll need to plan your meals well while you are near Portree. We would gladly stay here again. ##### Vince D. My partner and I stayed for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon in Scotland and this was the highlight of our trip. Everything was exactly as described (or even better - my personal highlight was the coffee machine). You can really see the love our hosts put into the cabin. The location is perfect to explore the most beautiful places on the Isle of Skye. The weather wasn't great during our stay, so we really enjoyed relaxing in the warm, comfortable cabin and looking out on the beautiful landscape after a day of hiking.
