### Quiet and secluded, close to Cinque Terre, Porto Venere, Lerici, and Tellaro

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful pad in Le Grazie/PortoVenere. Enjoy the terrace with a lemon tree and a view on the waterfront.  
  
Quiet and secluded, close to Cinque Terre, Porto Venere (and the islands Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto in front of Portovenere), Lerici, Tellaro, Versilia, Forte dei Marmi, Parma, Pisa, Firenze. Renovated and convenient for public transport.  
  
The apartment is 75 square meters with additional 50 meters of private terrace. That's about 807 square feet with an additional 538 square feet of terrace.  
  
Combined living-dining area with sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2 people.  
  
The apartment has newly renewed bathroom and washer located just outside the bathroom. There is no dryer next to the washing machine, but racks are provided to hang the clothes to dry, according to the local customs.  
  
Terrace can be accessed through french doors off the living room.  
  
Smoking is allowed on the deck, but not inside the flat.  
  
The kitchenette is fully fitted, including dishwasher, silverware, plates, towels.  
  
Bus stop is located just outside the property, going both to Portovenere and La Spezia. The apartment is located about 10 km (10 min by bus) from Central Train Station of La Spezia, and 80 km from Pisa Airport (about 1 hour by train from La Spezia).  
  
WiFi is available, free of charge.  
  
Free street parking is possible just outside the building.  
  
Guests planning to arrive outside check-in time must inform the host of their estimated time of arrival in order to arrange check-in.
