« Résidence hôtelière très agréable et très pratique. Dans la chambre très propre l'on a tout pour un séjour, avec possibilité de faire la cuisine, donc le petit déjeuner et le diner. Situé en plein centre de la Ligurie du Ponant, c'est le point de départ idéal pour visiter les sites touristiques. Les personnels sont aux petits soins mais peu présents, à contacter la plupart du temps par téléphone, sauf le jour de notre arrivée. En résumé, une excellente étape parfaitement située, avec des hôtes...

« Retardée à la Spezia j'ai été contactée par le monsieur de la réception qui de plus parlait très bien français La chambre était très fonctionnelle avec 1 vaste bureau un porte bagage une ou deux chaises, une prise près du lit , Il y avait aussi une prise à moustique avec son liquide anti moustiques La climatisation fonctionnait bien Le lit était confortable Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux L'emplacement idéal à quelques mètres de la gare et prés du port et des plages J ai de plus...

« Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. Here are the PROS: - LOCATION: Very safe, great location, close to everything you need in town. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station. Only a 3 minute walk to the ferry to Portofino, Cinque Terre, etc. - INTERIOR: Very nice, modern, clean, spacious, well-appointed space. Everything works. - COMMUNICATION: Owners/managers are very friendly and helpful. There is also a very helpful binder with a ton of information on the kitchen...
