Bright two-room apartment composed of a living room with sofa bed and separate kitchen, bedroom with two joinable single beds (\* the photos where the sofa bed is present are to be updated) and small terrace overlooking the dock, bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine. \- in the center; splendid sea view on the Portoferraio dock  
\- from about mid-June to mid-September the area becomes pedestrian  
  
Important Notes:  
\- minimum age to check-in is 21 (for group of guys, family welcome)  
\- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid  
\- Animals are not allowed  
\- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)

Tutto ottimo a parte un problema al check in, l'appuntamento non era pulito, dopo la chiamata l'agenzia in tempi brevi ci ha mandato una ditta di pulizie e hanno fatto bel lavoro. L appartamento è situato in vicinanza di due spiagge, i traghetti, tutti i ristoranti e i bar si trovano sotto, lato terrazzo.Chi ha problemi di sonno forse la zona essendo in pieno centro un po' rumorosa, noi abbiamo sempre dormito bene. L'entrata e' in via parallella , si puo parcheggiare per scaricare le valighe 10-20 metri accanto alla porta. La zona è ztl si chiude dalle 19:30 alle 9 di mattina. I parcheggi di notte non si paga, di giorno si arriva anche al incirca 20 euro per giorno, non ho cercato i parcheggi gratis, forse esistono. Il balconcino nella foto sembra piu grande, comunque è molto carino e ha la vista bellissima. I materassi sono comodi. L appartamento è dotato di tutto necessario, ferro da stiro, il phone, la tv, non gli abbiamo usato ma ci sono, il frigorifero, macchinetta per moka, tutti utensili per cucinare, ce un piccolo forno , non abbiamo usato, lavatrice nuova. Non è ristrutturato ricentemente ma è molto carino
