Im Haus Eucalipti von Uberto gibt es nicht nur Meerblick, sondern auch einen Blick auf Portoferraio, besonders schön beim Sonnenuntergang hinter der Stadt. Das Meer ist wenige Schritte am Grundstücksende entfernt, hier lässt es sich jedoch nicht gleich baden. Zum nächsten Einstieg oder Strandabschnitt ist es ein kleiner Spaziergang. Unser zweiter Wunsch - Terrasse mit Abendsonne zum Abendessen - ebenfalls erfüllt. Überhaupt gibt es viel Platz, in der Sonne oder im Schatten, so kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Super Küche, großer Esstisch, falls es doch mal regnet, 3 moderne Bäder, Klimaanlage! Viel Platz zum Verstauen der Urlaubsgarderobe... Ansonsten ist die Lage für uns toll, nicht weit weg von Portoferraio oder Stränden wie Procchio oder Laconella. Kleiner Supermarkt 3 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 10 Minuten zum Superstore. In der schönsten Ecke Elbas. Von den beiden Terrassen am Haus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Portoferraio. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist sehr großzügig und der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer einfach wunderschön - egal zu welcher Tageszeit. Man hat viel Platz, eine schöne Aussicht von der Veranda auf die Bucht von Portoferraio und dem Hafen. Das Haus bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten: 3 Wc/Duschen, gut ausgestattete Küche, einen Kohlegrill, Laufdistanz zum Meer, kühle Nächte dank Klimaanlage, Mückenschutzgitter an den Fenstern, bequeme Parkmöglichkeiten auch für 2 Autos, Ruhe und Platz, gute Ausstattung, funktionierendes Wlan… Wir waren begeistert und die Wahrscheinlich, dass wir wieder dieses hübsche Anwesen wählen werden für unseren Urlaub auf Elba ist sehr hoch. ##### Fadri T. Die Küche ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Am Gartentisch gibt es für 8 Personen gut Platz. Betten gut, Waschmaschine vorhanden, auch ein Grill und eine Gartendusche gibt es. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, nur die Fähren sind hin und wieder zu hören. Der Checkin und Checkout waren total unkompliziert. Supermarkt ist mit PKW in 5 min zu erreichen. Einzig der Strand in direkter Nähe ist nicht schön. Da wir aber in Elba viele herrliche Strände entdeckt haben, hat das nicht gestört. ##### Angela H. Das Haus liegt in einer exponierten Lage, wunderschön in einem kleinen Pinienwald in direkter Strandlage. Der Garten ist riesig und für unsere drei Kinder (11 ,8 und 4 Jahre) und Hund perfekt gewesen. Es ist im Aussen-und Innenbereich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern, die wir im Oktober, als es auch ein bisschen kühler abends wurde gut nutzen konnten um die Zimmer zu überwärmen. Wir möchten unbedingt wieder komme!! ##### Silke Z. Sehr ruhig im Grünen und direkt am Meer gelegen. Gleichzeitig erreicht man innerhalb kürzester Zeit die schönsten Ecken Elbas. Die Schlüssel Übergabe durch Frau Allesandra hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Wegbeschreibung war sehr genau und das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Zu jedem Schlafzimmer ein Bad war auch sehr praktisch. Die Küche war etwas klein und mit nur einer Lampe nicht ideal beleuchtet. Vorallem beim Kochherd und der Spüle war es eher düster. Aber alles in allem war es ein super Urlaub. Es ist auch alles vorhanden, ein Grill, Liegestühle, kleine Stühle für den Strand und vieles mehr. Wir hatten wirklich eine super Zeit in Ihrem Haus und werden es sicher weiterempfehlen. Wir sind eine Familien mit 3 Kindern und auch den Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen. Direkt in ruhiger Lage am Meer und zentral für kleine Ausflüge gelegen. Auch der grosse Garten von Bäumen umgeben ist wunderbar. Wir (Ehepaar mit Hund) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohltuende Ruhe den ganzen Tag. Die Villa bietet viel Platz. Wir waren zu viert, deshalb blieb 1 Schlafzimmer unbenutzt. Alle Bäder sind neu gemacht, Alles sehr sauber. Die Ablagemöglichkeiten in der Küche sind limitiert, aber das ist im Urlaub egal. Die Kunstdrucke von van Gogh sind Geschmacksache, hier würden modernere Ducke, z. B. von Rothko, das Ambiente sehr aufwerten. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt, die Übergabe des Objektes verlief sehr unkompliziert. Wir können die Villa für Menschen, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen, sehr empfehlen. Wer es etwas trubeliger mag, ist schnell in Portoferraio. Fazit: unser Urlaub war herrlich! ##### Hans-Peter E.
