Recently renovated house in Valle di Lazzaro, in a quiet area, ideal for a relaxing holiday, just a few minutes by car from the town of Portoferraio. A slightly hilly location away from the traffic of the provincial road. In terms of comfort, it is impossible to ask for more: modern furnishings and spaces furnished with care and harmony! Large outdoor spaces, immersed in a garden. The property is surrounded by greenery with vineyards and olive trees, in a convenient location that allows you to easily visit different locations on the island: west, north and south. You will be close to the locations of the Costa Bianca and Verde of Portoferraio (about 5/8 km) with its wonderful coves such as Le Ghiaie, Capo Bianco, Sansone, Viticcio and Enfola. A few km away are also the renowned golden sandy coves of the Golfo della Biodola. Far from the chaos you can enjoy the charm of authentic Elba.

Visiting the island in comfort has never been so easy! Goelbarent, the 2022 novelty of our tour operator, offers you a simple and convenient scooter and e-bike rental. We take care of everything, you just have to choose the vehicle that best suits your needs!  
  
We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and utensils at check-out, carry out waste separation and disposal.  
  
Our company issues electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer profile. The data is mandatory, failure to communicate the same following the reservation may lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.

The information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio.

Property surrounded by the greenery of a lush garden, with fence arranged on a single level, raised ground floor. The living area consists of a living room with double sofa bed and modern and well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of two comfortable bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds. A modern bathroom with shower and bidet. Outdoor terraced area equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners.
