4 charming apartments that are part of a single property named "Casa Sabrina". The structure is divided into several apartments, all with an outdoor area equipped for dining and a parking space. It is located a few steps from three wonderful white sand beaches of the island (Forno, Biodola, Scaglieri), among the most beautiful on the north coast, offering a holiday of total relax and tranquility.  
  
Distances:  
\- from Portoferraio: 8 km; from Porto Azzurro: 18 km; from Capoliveri: 18 km; from Marciana Marina: 13 km; from Marina di Campo: 12 km  
  
Distances from the beaches:  
\- Forno beach: 50 m; from the beach of Scaglieri: 500 m; from the Biodola beach: 700 m; from the beach of Procchio 6 km  
  
We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date.check-in takes place and key collection takes place in our offices in Portoferraio.We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

Three-room apartment 2/4 beds  
Large and bright apartment located on the first floor of a private property. There is only one bedroom, a double bedroom with access to the balcony with sea view. Kitchen. Living room equipped with a small table and a comfortable double sofa bed (\* photos are missing, as it was equipped in 2025 with new furniture, before there was a bedroom but there was no indoor dining area). The strong point is undoubtedly the terrace with sea view equipped with a table and chairs for eating outside.

First loud every night because of singer in anearby hotel till late, than loid because of discotheque every night till 4am. Apartement has low quality beds, high density of mosquitos, and now wifi password provided.

#### Klein für 4Personen, aber gute Lage und gedeckte Terasse

Leider war das Objekt nicht gereinigt. Dies wurde zwar sofort nachgeholt (++) leider etwas zügig, die putzpauschale war meines Erachtens auch für die größte der Wohnung hoch (-). Die genaue Adresse respektive die Wegbeschreibung kam per WhatsApp nie an, daher war das Finden des Hauses etwas schwierig (-). Die Agentur war aber sofort erreichbar und freundlich und half weiter (+). Sehr schöne Ferien gehabt. Gedeckte Terasse ist auch bei Regen benutzbar (++)
