Die Bilder entsprechen voll und ganz der Unterkunft. Die Betten sind bequem. Es hat einen Grill. Die Aussicht ist zum Verlieben. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Unterkunft. Ca. 20min zu Fuss. Super guter Spar in ca. 10 Fahrminuten. Ein Mietwagen resp. Wagen ist notwendig um die Region zu erkunden. Liebevoll ausgesuchte Tipps fürsl Restaurant, Strände, Unternehmungen von den Vermietern zusammengestellt. Fotos der Wohnung werden bei Übernahme und Rückgabe gemacht. Falls sie noch etwas entdecken nach Übergabe (defektes Fenster oder sonstiges) direkt per SMS an die Vermieter. Die Vermieter Annie und Réne sind sehr sympathisch und gesprächig ( französisch). La vue de la maison sur la baie de Santa Giulia est magnifique comme sur les photos ! Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont indiqué plein de visites à faire et de restaurants à découvrir. La maison est très propre, bien équipée et très confortable avec une vue splendide ! Le seul bémol de notre côté c'est la distance de la plage. Il faut bien 20 minutes à pied pour descendre et plus pour remonter car la côte est très raide (la chaleur n'aide pas). Pourtant nous sommes de bons marcheurs. N'essayez même pas de descendre en voiture, nous n'avons jamais trouvé de place pour nous garer. Sinon je recommande vivement cette location et ses propriétaires charmants. ##### Aurelie W. Sep 20, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Schöne Mini-Villa in aussichtsreicher Lage Die Mini-Villa besticht durch ihre Aussicht und hat eine angenehme Größe mit einer tollen Terrasse. Die Ausstattung ist auch für einen längeren Urlaub ausgezeichnet, man muss lediglich die Verbrauchsartikel (WC-Papier, Küchenrolle, Fön etc.) mitbringen. Die Kommunikation mit den freundlichen Vermietern ist etwas mühsam, wenn man kein französisch spricht (so wie wir). Etwas schade war auch, dass wir ab Einbruch der Dämmerung die Terrasse nicht mehr benutzen konnten, da wir sonst Opfer der zahlreichen Insekten geworden wären, da haben auch alle versuchten Maßnahmen dagegen nichts geholfen. Bonne literie. - belle terrasse abritée et bien aménagée. - Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et bien sympathiques. - réactivité des propriétaires face à l’oubli du pack linge/draps, pourtant payé des semaines avant l’arrivée. Aspects à améliorer et/ou à changer dans le descriptif de l’annonce: - La climatisation dans le séjour ne fonctionne qu’en mode ventilation et ne génère jamais d’air frais, contrairement à celle de la chambre qui fonctionne correctement. Réponse du propriétaire le 20 juin: « Mettez en route les pales du ventilateur au plafond pour brasser l’air! Je ne peux pas obtenir les services d’un réparateur pour le climatiseur avant septembre! ». C’est difficilement crédible! - « Piscine dans résidence 600 mètres/accès avec une consommation ou location d’un transat ». Là, c’est franchement mensonger. Il n’y a pas de piscine au sein même de la résidence, alors que le moteur de recherche d’Abritel indique l’existence d’une piscine. La piscine dont il est fait référence dans l’annonce se trouve en fait sur la même « colline », et appartient à un restaurant/bar moyennant le paiement d’une consommation: elle est souvent bondée. Elle est située à 12 minutes à pied au bout d’une route pentue, et est accessible à tout le monde. La présentation de l’accès à la piscine telle qu’elle est mentionnée dans l’annonce induit donc en erreur. - 2 salles de bains/douches. (?). Il n’y a en réalité qu’une seule salle de douche à l’intérieur, puisque la douchette - installée sur des caillebotis à l’extérieur à l’air libre et sans intimité - ne peut absolument pas être considérée comme une salle de douche. - La seule penderie (dans la chambre) est suffisante pour 2 personnes mais sûrement pas pour 4/5\. Il y a pourtant dans la chambre un grand placard et dans le couloir une penderie, malheureusement tous 2 inaccessibles (car cadenassés). - Le point bleu de géolocalisation sur la carte est situé à un endroit bien plus proche de la mer que la réalité. - Le côté administratif (mais précis) est tatillon: l’état de l’inventaire est signé à l’arrivée mais il est bien trop fastidieux de le vérifier avant signature. En conclusion, Annie et René sont très sympathiques, ont un bien qui est magnifiquement situé et rénové avec beaucoup de goût, mais ont tendance à enjoliver certains aspects et masquer (par omission) certains cotés. ##### Jean-Marc M.
