This cosy apartment is located on the second and top floor (no lift) of a small building, just a short walk from the historic centre of Porto Valtravaglia and the picturesque lakeside promenade.   
  
The accommodation consists of one bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom, and a small portico on the ground floor overlooking the shared garden.   
  
It comfortably accommodates up to five guests and is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort during the summer months.   
  
The town centre, the lakeside beach, and a well-equipped bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner are all within easy walking distance. In the evening, the Kiosco becomes a lively meeting point—perfect for unwinding and enjoying the local atmosphere.
