Property Summary  
The Hermitage is a large, child-friendly residence located in the heart of Porto Valtravaglia, Italy, just 150 meters from the lake. This property features 150 apartments and offers amenities such as a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, and the option for an installment plan for your holiday rental. The swimming pool, measuring 25 x 12 meters, is available seasonally from June 1st to September 15th and includes a separate children's pool and shower/WC facilities.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a shared park area surrounded by flowers and trees, providing a tranquil setting for guests to enjoy. Additionally, there is a shingle beach located just 300 meters away, offering easy access to the lake. The nearby town of Porto Valtravaglia offers various conveniences, including a supermarket within 600 meters, a restaurant within 300 meters, and a bar within 200 meters.  
  
Other Information  
Heating is available from October 15th to April 15th. Public parking is conveniently located 100 meters away, and the Porto Valtravaglia railway station is just 700 meters from the property. It's important to note that there is no lift in the building, and the neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise, so quietness and good behavior are expected from guests. Additionally, the property is located near a railway line.

The residence is situated in close proximity to several notable attractions. The towns of Laveno and Luino are both just 8 kilometers away, offering various amenities and sights to explore. The ferry service "Laveno - Verbania" is also within an 8-kilometer radius, providing convenient access to nearby destinations on the lake.

The accommodation is a 2-room apartment with a total area of 50 square meters, situated on the second floor. It has been fully renovated in 2018 and features comfortable and modern furnishings. The living/dining room is equipped with a double sofa bed, satellite TV, and electric shutters, providing access to the terrace. Additionally, there is one bedroom with a bed and a TV.  
  
Amenities Included  
The kitchenette is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment also includes a shower area with a bidet and toilet. Heating is available from October 15th to April 15th at an extra cost. The floors are adorned with parquet, adding a touch of elegance. Outside, you can enjoy the 8-square-meter roofed terrace, complete with terrace furniture, offering a delightful view of the lake and garden. Additionally, a washing machine and a safe are provided for your convenience. You will also have access to a reserved, roofed parking space.

While on vacation, please note that internet access is not available in this accommodation.
