Located in the center of town, right next to the beach, these is two incredible flats with 6 rooms, two full kitchens, a balcony and capacity for 16 guests. They will provide you a great environment to relax and discover the city. It is an excellent option for groups who might not want to share a common house and still have privacy. This is a great choice for those who want to enjoy everything that the Matosinhos and Porto area has to offer. The Space: You'll have everything ready to make sure you have a comfortable stay. These two elegant spaces, have lots of light and accomodates 16 guests. It has two queen size bed, eight single beds and two pull-out couch so there will be a place for everyone to enjoy a lovely night of sleep. It is perfect for groups and families. The chef's worthy kitchens are amazing, fully equipped, and waiting for your attempts at cooking the local delicacies. The four bathrooms will be ready for you after a long tiring day. Not only do we provide Wi-Fi to share everything on social media, but, at the end of a tiring day, you can watch Netflix before going to sleep, all included, of course! You will be 500m from the beach and 200m from Matosinhos Sul metro Station, the perfect location for you to enjoy the charms of Matosinhos and to unveil the secrets of Porto. Can you find a more perfect spot to stay? We remind you that there is a supermarket close by to buy anything you might need. You'll be the closest you can be from the main public transports so don't lose the opportunity to visit the main attractions, monuments, restaurants, and parks of both Matosinhos and Porto. The use of the jacuzzi is paid (extra cost) and it is necessary to notify us if you wish to use it in order to turn it on. Guest Access: You'll have access to the building entrance and to the whole house. Although the building has no lift, these properties are only on the 2nd and 4th floor so you will not have to climb too many stairs. Be responsible and respect the neighbours. Please be mindful it is forbidden to make noise after 10pm. Aug 22, 2022 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### The host cancelled our 2 apartments 24 hours before arriving Our booking of 2 apartments for 2 families (11 persons!!) was cancelled 24h before arriving. The message said that there was a leakage that couldn´t be fixed in time. After that the host didnt´t answer my questions neither per Vrbo-App nor per telephone. He visibly cancelled the booking only on the next day, so we didn´t know if the cancellation is really fixed and if we get the money back. The Vrbo-Communication per Chat was very bad and idiotic. I had to start a lot of times and tell the story several times. It was a horror!! In the end our 2 families had to book two separated hotels with 3 double rooms each and double price because Porto was fully booked. I had to send an e-Mail to Vrbo with all booking information, the payment proof from 04/2022 and the correspondence with the host. On the originally planned arriving day we got the message from Vrbo that the host had cancelled the booking at last and that we get the money back. The situation was very exhausting and annoying for us and the troubles with the host and Vrbo overshadowed our holidays. The worst thing is when there are communication troubles and there seems to be no help from the booking platform. We can´t understand why we had to send all information to Vrbo? Can´t they see the money transfer on their account and can´t they communicate with the host in a short way to get the necessary information? ##### Eva B.
