Lower Ground Floor: A quiet, dedicated office space, ideal for remote work or creative focus.  
  
Ground Floor: Cozy living room and a sleek kitchenette equipped with a kettle, toaster, stove, and microwave-oven combo. A service bathroom adds extra convenience. Please note that the TV doesn't have cable channels but you can access your favorite streaming platforms!  
  
First Floor: Restful double bedroom, with a stylish full bathroom with modern finishes.  
  
From morning coffee to late-night wind-downs, the apartment is fully stocked for everyday living. The triplex features an open-plan layout with no physical separation between floors; ceilings are open and spaces flow into one another.
