The apartment is to be used only by you, so it's ideal for a family or couple who want to get to know the city and its vibrant feeling. São Bento Train Station is a 10 minute walk to our apartment. Apartment • Our apartment was originally built in the 1950's and went through extensive rehabilitation during 2015-2016, and we fully preserved the authenticity of the old harbor lodgings, with a lot of stone and wooden floors. • Due to the fact it is an older building, there is no elevator but being on the first floor it's an easy walk-up. • This first floor was converted to a Studio with a kitchen and a full bathroom. • You will be greeted by us and we will give you a house tour, tips and the keys to the studio. Bedroom / Living Room • Equipped with a duvet, soft cotton sheets and enough pillows to make everyone happy, you will be able to relax in a comfortable King Size Bed. • Contains a TV with international channels for you to enjoy while you rest from a busy day visiting our amazing city. • We have hangers and an ironing board so all your clothes can look spot on. • And, finally, one of the most important items: A/C unit! Bathroom • The bathroom is fully prepared to deliver hot water without any extra effort, it has an enclosed shower with a shower head to get yourself a nice and refreshing bath. • We will also provide towels, soap, shampoo and shower gel. • A mirror to look your best when you leave the house for the day or night and, to help with that, you also have a hair-dryer. • Equipped with a first aid kit, you will be able to take care of any misfortune that might happen. Kitchen • The kitchen is brand new, fully equipped for 3 people with cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots and pans. • You will also have a fridge, coffee machine, microwave, tea kettle, a toaster and a stove top with an exhaust fan for a perfect home cooked meal. • To cook, we leave you some salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. • For your breakfast, you'll have some coffee and tea.
