\- Check-outs end at 11 am; after that time, you will be charged a midnight fee and if you want to check out after 2 pm, you will be charged a full night.  
  
\- If you need a baby cot, we can provide one for €39.  
  
\- Would you like your pet's company? You can bring it with you for an additional charge to be returned in full at the end of your stay if there is no damage (200€).  
  
\- The tourist tax in Porto has a cost of 2 euros per night per person, up to 7 nights (already included in the reservation fee).

#### Not a house, great location.

This was not as described on line. It is separate apartments in an apartment building. Two of the ‘rooms’ did not have ac and were very hot. There is no common living room, dining room or kitchen as it is small studio apartments. The host was responsive. Check in was clear. The spaces are nice and clean. Would be great if you didn’t need a common space for family to spend time in.
