Atop of a 3-story building, this petit apartment is filled with colorful details and sunlight, which you can fully enjoy at the spacious balcony overlooking the streets of Bonfim. This studio apartment accommodates 2 people, has a double bed, and a living room with sofa and dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with a freezer/refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kitchenware, pots and pans, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine. Towels, linens, and toilet paper are provided for up to 2 guests. The sleeping area has a closet with iron and an ironing board, and the bathroom is equipped with shower gel and a hairdryer. Just nearby, our guests will find an Italian Restaurant, a Pharmacy, a Supermarket, and our main office, open Mon to Fri from 09 AM to 06 PM, about 5 minutes away from the apartment. Public transports are just around the corner with several bus stops and the majority of metro lines available (including the one for the Airport and Campanhã’s Train Station). Parking on the street of the building is paid. For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. Un séjour au top avec ma compagne dans ce petit appartement très bien situé, proche de commodités. Un petit supermarché au bout de la rue et de l'autre une petite "boulangerie/snack" pour les petits déjeuners.Comme mentionné dans d'autres commentaires on y croise en bas des prostitués, un peu déconcertant au début mais sont très discrètes et ça n'altère en rien la vie de la rue qui reste calme.L'appartement est bien équipé, la clim fait le job et la terrasse plus large que la moyenne avec sont carrelage rend l'endroit très agréable.La communactiin avec le locataire est fluide et très précise.Seul peut bémol sur la propreté qui par endroit peut être améliorée (sol et l'alèse du lit...).Nous repasserons sans hésitez pas ce loueur vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ##### Florian L.
