Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.  
  
Bring your family to this spacious 3-bedroom apartment conveniently located in the comercial area of Bom Sucesso where you will find everything you need and still be very central.  
  
WHAT YOU MUST KNOW:  
\- Central apartment within one of the most emblematic shopping areas in the city,  
\- Free internet and cable TV,  
\- Many amenities included,  
\- Hosts available on chat for support,  
\- Baby cot available under request for a cost of 35€/stay.  
  
This is three-bedroom apartment is spacious, it's got light and it features some very traditional design features, such as the mosaic wooden floor or the original kitchen sink stone.  
  
There are two rooms with a single beds and one room with a double bed. The double bedroom has a lovely balcony as well. This is the perfect place for a group of friends or a happy family.  
  
Just next door you will find the Cidade do Porto shopping centre and the Bom Sucesso shopping centre where you can easily loose track of time while shopping.

LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS  
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:  
\-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.  
\-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.  
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent.  
\-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.  
\-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, to assess the state of maintenance.

We may charge in-person check-ins after hours as per the following rates:
