Discover us in our Foz Seaside Design, a modern and cozy apartment located in a prime area of Porto, Foz. You will have everything you need around you. It will be the perfect apartment for your holidays, couples, business professionals, or a weekend getaway in the Invicta city. This apartment offers a partial sea view, as it is located in the building's basement.  
  
The Space:  
Divided into 2 open-plan spaces, you will find at your disposal a cozy double bedroom with a wardrobe, a spacious living room with a sofa bed and dining table, a well-equipped kitchen with tasteful utensils, and a bathroom with the necessary amenities for your comfort during your stay.   
  
For your convenience, this apartment has an elevator, air conditioning, a TV with a cable box, and Wi-Fi.

The Neighborhood:  
The apartment is located in a building situated in Foz do Douro, a seaside area known for its sandy beaches, such as Praia da Luz and Praia do Ourigo, as well as eclectic restaurants serving international and Portuguese cuisine. The Foz Market sells traditional food and products from Porto, and the area is full of sophisticated clothing boutiques and art galleries.   
  
Enjoy the fantastic waterfront, where you can walk, bike, swim at the beach, or simply relax in the sun at a seaside terrace.   
  
For those wanting a more cultural visit, don’t be disappointed. Our apartment is just a 10-minute drive from downtown Porto and close to all public transport. If you don’t have a car, don’t worry, you can use the bus network (number 500), which is just a 1-minute walk from your apartment.   
  
The airport is a 15-minute drive away.

Other Things to Note:  
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.   
  
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.   
  
If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be subject to consultation.   
  
For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a cost limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package of €150\. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.   
  
The tenant agrees to allow a staff member to enter the property for an inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.   
  
We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to ask (please contact us for the price).   
  
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (please contact us for prices).
