This is the perfect apartment for couples on vacation, professionals on business, or a weekend getaway in the Invicta city of Porto.  
  
For your convenience, our apartment is equipped with an elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV with channels.

You can request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon request).  
  
You also have access to a wide network of public transport.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of €200 will be applied for smoking.  
  
If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A charge of €200 per hour will apply if you check out without authorization after the scheduled time.  
  
If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (subject to inquiry). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) - fee upon inquiry.  
  
For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses of €150\. If the expenses exceed this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest.  
  
The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits expected.  
  
We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Just request it (price upon inquiry).  
  
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon inquiry).  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
We leave our guests to their own devices, but we are available whenever they need us.
