Enjoy stunning sea views from both the living room and bedroom, creating a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom with a king-size bed, full bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. They can also enjoy the shared common areas. Porto's downtown is just a 10-minute drive away, with easy access to public transport, including buses a 1-minute walk from the apartment. Getting Around: For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on request). Explore the city with ease using the extensive public transport network available. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is just a 15-minute drive away. For bicycle enthusiasts, we have a rental service available (price on request). Other Things to Note: \*\*Note that despite the AC being pictured, it is currently not working and was removed from the amenities\*\* In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required), the cost will be subject to consultation. For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150\. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees to allow the host's collaborator access to the property for inspection, with monthly visits expected for this purpose. We have a transfer service available to take you to the apartment! Just request it (price upon consultation). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast that can be delivered every morning to your apartment upon request (price upon consultation).
