For a better experience, our apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable channels. Book now! Because Liiiving is easy! Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: Located on Rua D. João IV, you'll be in the heart of the city. Just a few meters away, you'll find the famous Mercado do Bolhão, the most traditional and iconic market in Porto! It's a historic commercial square in a neoclassical building, with vendors offering a wide variety of products for you to try! Your apartment is a 6-minute walk from the Campo 24 de Agosto Garden and Bus/Metro Terminal, and just 2 minutes from a small supermarket. Getting Around: You can request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon request). You will also have access to a wide network of public transportation. Other Things to Note: In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a charge of €200 per hour will apply. If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring a technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request. For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit of €150 for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to inspect the property whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose. We had everything we needed…beds, bathrooms, and a kitchen. While it was a bit chilly, we did get the opportunity to enjoy the yard, too. Everything was great here. Just know that there are no supplies. No plastic, foil, coffee, salt and pepper. No dishwasher tabs, same for the clothes washer.
