For your convenience, the apartment features central heating.  
  
All apartments have direct or indirect access to a shared terrace.  
  
The Space:  
  
You will have at your disposal a double bed, a chaise longue sofa with the possibility of turning into a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.

You will be in the heart of downtown Porto, where culture and gastronomy take center stage!  
  
Your street is surrounded by monuments, cafés, bars, and restaurants. There are numerous tourist attractions, so plan your days carefully to make sure you don’t miss anything.  
  
We recommend a stroll along Avenida dos Aliados, shopping on Rua das Flores, and to end the day beautifully, a dinner at Ribeira with a view of the Douro River and Gaia’s riverside!  
  
You can also visit the beaches of Foz do Douro, which are just 7 km away.

You may request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon request).  
  
You also have access to a vast public transportation network.

Key collection is made at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros for smoking will be applied.  
  
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).  
  
If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be charged after 7 pm. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost upon request.  
  
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).  
  
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of 150€ for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.  
  
The tenant is required to allow entry to a staff member for property inspections whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.  
  
We have a transfer service available that will take you to the apartment! You only need to request it (price upon request).  
  
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered every morning to your apartment upon request (price upon request).
