The Neighborhood: With an enviable location on the noble Rua de D. Manuel II, just opposite the beautiful Palácio de Cristal Gardens, here the city breathes art, history and tranquillity in perfect harmony. Just a few steps away, you'll be surrounded by cultural, historical and artistic landmarks such as the Soares dos Reis Museum, the vibrant Rua de Miguel Bombarda with its art galleries and creative cafés, and the historic Virtudes neighborhood, perfect for enjoying the sunset overlooking the Douro. In less than 15 minutes on foot, you'll also reach some of the city's most iconic landmarks, such as the Clérigos Tower, the Galerias de Paris, Avenida dos Aliados, the Bolhão Market, Rua de Santa Catarina or the charming Rua das Flores. You also have access to a wide network of public transport. Other Things to Note: In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of €200 will be applied for smoking. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A charge of €200 per hour will apply if you check out without authorization after the scheduled time. If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (subject to inquiry). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) - fee upon inquiry. For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses of €150\. If the expenses exceed this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest.
