Well located, this apartment is ideal for families, friends on vacation, professionals on business or a weekend getaway in Porto. The Space: The apartment has three double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, a large living room with a balcony, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table and a bathroom with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. And we can't forget to mention the large terrace on the second floor of the apartment. For your convenience, our apartment has an elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a TV. Book now! Because Liiiving is easy. Guest Access: Full access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: Located on Rua do Paraíso, you'll be close to the imposing Igreja da Lapa, where you can find the heart of D. Pedro IV in Portugal/D. Pedro I in Brazil. You may also be lucky enough to attend a concert by the Lapa Church's Great Pipe Organ. Less than 200 meters away you'll find the Faria Guimarães metro station, which will give you quick access to all of Porto's public transport. Less than 900 meters away on foot, you'll find yourself in the city center, on the emblematic Avenida dos Aliados or the famous Rua Santa Catarina. Don't forget to stop by Ribeira to enjoy the view of the River Douro and the Gaia pier. In the vicinity of the apartment, you'll find cafés, restaurants and stores. Within 7 km you can also visit our beaches or take a stroll along the seafront at Foz do Douro. We'd love to welcome you. Getting Around: I have a transfer service available (ask for prices) We have several public transport services near the apartment. Other Things to Note: In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request. For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €230 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to enter the property to inspect it, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose. We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! Also need a shelf in the hall shower to put soap, shampoo, razor, etc. on. Both baths need a bath mat to step out on after shower. We liked the kitchen and the mini market down the street!
