With great sun exposure, this flat has 2 bedroom, 1 living room, a fully functional kitchen and a bathroom. The living room has a TV with international channels, there is also a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, from coffee machine, water kettle, microwave, toaster, oven and stove top, all utensils necessary for a home cooked meal can be found like pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. In this apartment, you can enjoy the beautiful view over the city! Its fantastic location allows a quick access on foot to the main touristic spots in Oporto, like the iconic Lello Bookshop, the Clérigos Tower or even the river area. Guests will have access to the entire home! I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day. This property is in a prime location for exploring the city's top attractions. Just a short walk away, guests can visit the iconic Livraria Lello and the impressive Torre dos Clérigos. After a day of sightseeing, guests can enjoy a meal at nearby restaurants such as Capa Negra II or Restaurante Abadia do Porto. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. The property is in a good location but not in a good area, the entry and structure of the building isnot safe at all. I wish i could have stayed in a hotel but couldnot get a refund. I didnot read any reviews prior to my stay. The place is dirty full of mold, all furniture, floor, doors are damaged, wall paper and paint in a horrible state. Toilet dirty and stinky. From all the places i have stayed this is the worst without mention about the bed, the bed mattress was as thin i could feel the the wood/iron under my back at night. Was windy and the windows were shaking all night no doors or doorhandler worked.Just the whole experience of getting into the property staying in the property was horrible.
